I’d Love To Share!

I burst with excitement when challenging ambitious entrepreneurs to smash their self-doubt & chronic comparisons, become confident bad-bitches, and boldly reimagine a business (and life) they fucking love.

It’s Natural To Be Curious About Who I Am

I spent most of my life in New York. I grew up on Long Island with a strong Queens influence — so, you’ll eventually hear a thick accent come through.

Although I’ll always be a New Yorker, my love of travel continues to guide my journey. In July 2015, my partner, dog, cat, and I spent a couple of weeks camping on the coast of Oregon, starting in Brookings.

On the way up, we decided to stay in Hillsboro for a night, taking the MAX into Downtown. When the light rail doors opened on a busy concert in Pioneer Square, I immediately fell in love with the energy of Portland.

Soon after, we established our roots in Bridge City.

I genuinely enjoy the experience of life, so you’ll find me present in the moment of whatever I am doing in hopes of unconsciously encouraging others to do the same.

I am open to trying almost anything, but you can often catch me creating, dancing, reading, singing, learning, traveling, engaging, laughing, cursing, listening, thinking, baking, stretching, encouraging, observing, crying, hugging, soaking up nature, getting tattoos, fluffing my hair, learning Italian and Spanish, cuddling fuzzy and unique textures, appreciating hip-hop and reggaetón, and relishing in just about anything spooky.

I also love camping with my partner Andy, our cat Machu, and our dog Mafiosi, as well as generally living in the flow of this wild life.

I believe that living fully and successfully is only possible when we embrace our complete self: the parts we deem too messy to show others, just as much as the parts we deem capable and worthy of acceptance.

Harm-Reduction Philosophy

I practice on and am a settler of the traditional homelands of the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde, Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians, Cayuse, Umatilla and Walla Walla, Stl’pulmsh (Cowlitz), Cascades, and Clackamas nations. I was born and raised on the traditional homelands of the Shinnecock, Matinecock, and Munsee Lenape nations.

As a white, able-bodied, queer cis-woman descended primarily from Italian people, I deeply value and respect the guidance of intersectional feminist healers and teachers. I do my best to follow and practice what I have gratefully received from them and to repair micro and macro ruptures I unintentionally cause. I am committed to regularly understanding my biases and privileges and unlearning how I may contribute to inequality, oppression, and colonization. My intention is to support historically marginalized individuals and communities better and encourage non-marginalized people to participate in advocacy and action.

My Approach

The therapeutic practice is integrative and uniquely tailored to you.

I limit the number of clients I support to focus intensely on your story.

My direct style and action-oriented approach to therapy are my most appreciated and sought-after skills. Clients consistently say I am different than other therapists and coaches. Endless head-nodding doesn’t serve either of us, so you can trust I will always be respectfully real with you.

Establishing a space of honesty, vulnerability, and depth will allow us to lovingly hold and process your feelings, thoughts, memories, and sensations. Collaborating on treatment planning and discussing the health of our own relationship enables you to embrace your autonomy in every session.

Although emotional healing is a necessary part of the therapeutic journey, I will also encourage you to immediately take actionable steps toward wellness. Clients experience increased contentment and progress with this method, as it helps them fully address the past, present, and future.

My work focuses on changing long-standing patterns that hold you back from the fulfilling, secure business you can build. You will apply the insights you’ve gained in the professional role to other areas of life so you can learn to show up authentically and have enriching relationships.

We will holistically explore both your business and personal life so you can reclaim the confidence and calm you have been missing.

The significant philosophies that guide your treatment are Existentialism, Attachment Theory, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

Occasionally, to further facilitate your growth, I weave in elements of and techniques from body-based mindfulness and somatic practices, modern psychoanalytic depth exploration, cognitive and dialectical behavioral theories, family systems, narrative therapy, and creative expression.

Additionally, we will understand your personal and professional roles through multicultural and feminist contexts.
